We are pleased to announce the 1st International Conference on Magnetic Soft Matter for Robotics. This new conference series was initiated within the framework of the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Doctoral Network MAESTRI (Grant Agreement No. 101119614), with the aim of creating a dedicated platform for this emerging application field (magnetic soft matter for robotics), which we believe holds great promise for groundbreaking technologies in the near future. The conference series will serve as a forum for researchers from diverse disciplines and industry sectors to come together, exchange ideas, and present the latest advancements in the field. The inaugural conference will be held on September 4–5, 2025, at the Faculty of Mathematics and Physics, University of Ljubljana, Slovenia.
