There is no conference fee. However, due to spatial and logistical constraints at the venue, participation will be limited. Only active participants presenting a contribution relevant to the field will be considered. Participant selection will be based on the quality and relevance of the submitted abstracts.

The abstract should be submitted to jawb@mmmi.sdu.dk with the subject “MAESTRI Conf Abstract Submission” (Name and Family name of the presenting author) at the latest by July 31, 2026.

It should be a single-page PDF formatted to A4 size (the templates available here for Word). The authors will be notified of the acceptance or rejection of their contribution by August 15, 2026. All accepted abstracts will be published on the conference website and Zenodo(open repository operated by CERN, EU).
